Manager (ADR)
You will be seconded to the Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC) and be primarily responsible for the co-ordination and promotion of training and education in negotiation, mediation, adjudication and other alternative dispute resolution (ADR) processes. The job requirements include conducting workshops and seminars on negotiation and mediation skills, conducting research on ADR and marketing of SMC and its services. From time to time, you will also be assigned with other ad-hoc projects.
 
 
You must have an excellent command of the English language, good analytical skills, superior interpersonal skills and comfortable with public speaking. Candidates with a law degree with at least 3 years PQE and have received prior training in negotiation, mediation and ADR are preferred.

Stakeholding Assistant
  • To provide stakeholding services which include payment in of stakeholding money, counter duties, handling of enquiries and data entry.
  • To ensure that stakeholding moneys are received promptly and accurately, forms are received in order and data are captured accurately and completely into the stakeholding system.
  • To perform reconciliation and audit confirmation so as to tally with bank balances to ensure money are received and pay out correctly.
  • To perform other simple accounting functions.
 
 
  • Minimum GCE ‘N / O’ level
  • Must be proficient with MS Office
  • Meticulous and able to work with minimal supervision
