The Centre for Cross-Border Commercial Law in Asia, Singapore Management University, York Law School and the Singapore Academy of Law will convene the second conference in the series “Modern Studies in the Law of Trusts and Wealth Management”.

The theme of this conference is “The Use and Abuse of Trusts and Other Wealth Management Devices” and will focus on current developments and challenges facing trust law, and those who study or practise it. An international line up of speakers will assemble in Singapore to give their insights and to debate and engage in in-depth panel discussions on the law and practice today.
