Your User name is your
SAL membership
number, e.g. P7799. If you have forgotten
your SAL membership number, please call us
at (65) 6332 4384 or email to
membership@sal.org.sg
for assistance. |

2. How do I
Sign In?

To sign in to the SAL Member's Portal,
click on the
Members Login. The Terms
and Conditions page will be displayed.

Click on I Agree.
Microsoft Internet Explorer
b1. For Internet Explorer
browser users, the following pop-up
window will be displayed.
b2. Key in your User name and
password. Your User Name is your SAL
Membership Number.
b3. Click on the OK button. You
will be brought to the SAL Member's
Portal.
Mozilla Firefox
b4. For Mozilla Firefox users, the
following po-up window will be
displayed.
b5. Key in your User name and
password. Your User Name is your SAL
Membership Number.
b6. Click on the OK button.
You will be brought to SAL Member's
Portal.

I still cannot sign in even though I have
keyed in my username and password.

Ensure that your browser cookie settings
are enabled and set to at least
Medium.
Microsoft Internet Explorer
a1. Go to Tools >
Internet Options, and select the
Privacy tab. Move the slider
to the Medium setting.
Mozilla Firefox
a2.
Go to Tools > Internet Options,
and select the Privacy tab.
Check the box Accept cookies from
sites.
