The SAL Journal is a bi-annual compilation of articles on subjects relevant to Singapore law, the laws of Asia-Pacific and the common-law legal systems, and comparative and international law. It also carries Case Notes and Legislation Notes, and Digests of recently passed Acts.  

This Special Issue of the SAL journal focuses on Shipping Law. Professor Francis Reynolds is the Guest Editor of this issue. The authors hail from a diverse background, with articles from renowned foreign experts as well as leading local minds in shipping law.
