document and
showcase Singapore’s
legal heritage.
Our legal heritage
work is carried out
through the
following projects:
Oral History
The Academy works
in partnership with
the
Oral History
Centre, National
Archives of
Singapore on an
ongoing project to
conduct oral history
interviews with
individuals who have
shaped or witnessed
Singapore’s
transition from a
colonial legal
framework to a legal
system with a
national identity.

Exhibitions
As part of an
outreach programme,
the Academy
organised two public
