Publication of the Annual Review of Singapore Cases commenced in 2000. The Annual Review provides a yearly conspectus of Singapore law covering both reported and unreported cases, together with a discussion of relevant cases from other jurisdictions that impact on local law. Both local and foreign academics as well as practitioners will find the overview of Singapore legal developments presented useful. Contributors to the Annual Review comprise academics, practitioners and Legal Service officers.

Beginning with the Annual Review 2004, there is now a subject index listing articles published in Singapore law journals as well as articles relating to Singapore law that are published in foreign law journals. This will assist those carrying out legal research to locate articles on Singapore law or which are the result of Singapore scholarship.
