The ECC-SAL International Mooting Competition 2020 offers young practitioners in the region an unrivaled opportunity to develop and demonstrate their advocacy and legal reasoning skills.
The moot problem is based on a fictional case over an international commercial dispute governed by English law to be heard and determined in the Singapore International Commercial Court. The Final will be heard as an appeal to the Singapore Court of Appeal. The winning team will be offered an all expenses paid two-week internship at Essex Court Chambers in London, one of the leading commercial sets of barristers’ chambers in England.
