This course comprises a series of seminars on the managing and reviewing of electronic evidence at various stages of a case, namely, case commencement, discovery, trial preparation, hearing.

It outlines the implications of evidence originating in electronic format, the use of evidence review tools, ediscovery in the context of Practice Direction 3 of 2009, preparation of eBundles and conducting eHearings.

Each module is a self-contained seminar, covering a specific aspect of electronic evidence review and management, and can be
attended separately.
