What does the future hold for small and medium-sized law firms in Singapore? How do leading individuals and partners in small and medium-sized law firms manage their firms and what are their best practices and/or recipes for success? The Singapore Academy of Law is pleased to present a panel discussion of eminent speakers to tackle the broad issues identified above.
In particular, this discussion brings together a panel of experts to ventilate on issues concerning developments to the legal landscape in Singapore, the challenges of tomorrow and the opportunities which these present to small and medium-sized law firms. Focus will be placed on, amongst other issues, whether small and medium-sized law firms ought to embrace technology and digital tools, the benefits of being a niche or specialist law firm, the Lawyers Go Global initiative and whether such firms should expand abroad, how to take advantage of the expected growth of legal work in Asia such as the opportunities arising from China’s Belt and Road initiative and whether to internationalise by being a member of a global network of law firms.
As there are limited spaces available, members are encouraged to register early.
