MANAGER/ASSISTANT MANAGER (ADR SERVICES)​, SMC

Job Description:

You will be seconded to Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC), a subsidiary of the Singapore Academy of Law.

  • Overseeing the administration of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services, in particular, mediation and adjudication
  • Monitoring and improving the overall customer experience including the quality and timeliness of ADR services
  • Reviewing and streamlining document management and case management workflows
  • Developing, reviewing and maintaining proper records of policies and procedures
  • Supervising a team of case management officers
  • Maintaining good relationships with stakeholders such as mediators, adjudicators, other neutrals and customers
  • Responsible for committee meetings and post meeting follow-ups
  • Producing reports and statistics
  • Overseeing facilities and concierge matters used in the provision of ADR services
  • Developing and executing special projects
Requirements:
  • Have excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Be meticulous and attentive to detail with an ability to multi-task
  • Able to work individually and as part of a team
  • Able to liaise with stakeholders of different seniority levels
  • Have strong interpersonal skills, tact, diplomacy and professionalism are required for this job
  • Have strong computer literacy skills
  • Candidates with a Degree in Law will have an advantage
  • Contract convertible to permanent / permanent
