Job Description

To cover Assistant Manager, OM in the following areas which require walking:

  • The Adelphi Office Defects Rectification by 31 Dec 20181
  • The Supreme Court Office Defects Rectification by 31 March 2019
  • Marketing and Viewing of Office and Meeting Space for Rental  
  • Meeting and communication with internal and external parties and tenant management.
  • Office Health & safety checks
  • Office Space optimization / seating re-allocation
  • Office Housekeeping like Annual shredding / Clean Desk Spot-Checks
  • Annual Office Inventory Checks

 

To assist Assistant Manager, OM in the following:

  • Call for Contracts / RFQ and management of contract
  • Annual aggregated procurement performance and pricing review
  • SOP for Tender Process
  • SOP for Vendor Management

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Building / Property / Facilities Management preferred
  • Prior work experience in relevant field preferred
  • Good oral and communication skills
  • Meticulous and highly organized
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Have general knowledge in contract law

 

Physical Premise (Perimeter Window, Furniture, Acoustic Spray, façade brick wall, Roller Binds, Window door Handle, Doors), Security System and Equipment, AV System and Equipment, Room Booking System and Equipment etc
