- Assist the team in annual billing reminders
- Answering phone calls / over the counter enquiries and replying email enquiries
- Scanning of hardcopy documents, e.g. waiver applications, special letters to members, etc.
- Able to provide good customer service including dealing with difficult customers
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Knowledge in CRM tools such as MailChimp will be an advantage
- Meticulous and able to work with minimum supervision
- Able to multi-task and work within timelines
- Able to commit for at least 3 months
