Gary Chan is Associate Professor of Law at the Singapore Management University. He graduated with LLB (Honours) from the National University of Singapore and LLM from the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London. He subsequently obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Philosophy from the University of London as well as a Master of Arts (Southeast Asian Studies) from the National University of Singapore. Gary has published widely in various local and international journals on torts, legal systems and ethics and has co-edited Ethics and Social Responsibility: Asian and Western Perspectives and The Legal System of Singapore: Institutions, Principles and Practices.

Lee Pey Woan is Associate Professor of Law at the Singapore Management University. She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from King’s College London and subsequently obtained a Bachelor of Civil Law from Oxford University. Pey Woan has published widely in company, contract and tort law in both local and international leading journals, and has contributed to local textbooks such as The Law of Contract in Singapore and Corporate Law.
