Building and Construction Law Course for Legal and Industry Practitioners

Building and Construction Law Course for Legal and Industry Practitioners

This 25.5-hour programme is organised specifically for candidates sitting for the Specialist Accreditation Scheme examination.  The programme is also open to audit.

As this is not a basic course, legal professionals seeking in-depth knowledge of this practice area or a refresher should have at least 5 years of Building and Construction practice experience. Non-legal professionals from the construction industry may also register but they should have a good foundation in building and construction law, for example, by having attended a basic course. Participants are expected to be familiar with the basic concepts.
