Helmed by judicial officers of the Supreme Court, this fireside chat will provide insights as to how lawyers can prepare and present their cases during the hearings of interlocutory applications and PTCs. The Assistant Registrars will share the Court’s expectations regarding the level of preparedness of lawyers appearing in such hearings. Tips on advocacy skills and conduct during the hearings will be shared as well. They will also share their experiences on their hearings of various applications.
