Job Description:

Key Responsibilities 

 

(A) Partnership & Engagement for mediation projects with Singapore Government agencies and local business organisations

(B) Partnership & Engagement for mediation projects with foreign governments and international institutions

(C) Event Management

  • Drive the organising of three key annual SMC events:
    • Singapore Mediation Lecture
    • Unfolding Conversations
    • National Conference on Construction Adjudication
  • Drive the organising of regular mediation/adjudication seminars and webinars
  • Other event administrative and budgeting work as assigned

(D) Managing SMC publications

  • Asian Journal of Mediation
  • Singapore Construction Adjudication Journal

(E) Secretary for SMC Board Meetings

Requirements:

  • Degree, preferably in Law or Business Administration
  • 3-5 years relevant work experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-driven, able to work independently, organised and have an eye for detail
  • A team player, able to multi-task and work under pressure
