1. Application Lifecycle Strategy
  • Drive the vision for the design, development, implementation and maintenance of business software and applications in conjunction with business owners and product managers
  • Provide technical thought leadership and team management in driving overall software and applications management strategy
  • In collaboration with business owners, leverage IT as a change agent to improve business unit performance


  1. Application Lifecycle Management


  1. IT Resourcing and Budgeting 
  • Develop budget for IT procurement
  • Lead in IT procurement including specifications, selection and award
  • Monitor procurement cycle and expenditure to be aligned with the budget


  1. Staff Management
  • Balance work assignment, delegation and empowerment with respect to staff’s workload, knowledge and capacity
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback; motivation and coaching to improve performance
  • Improve morale by taking account of staff’s needs and concerns
  • Actively seek out development opportunities for staff to stay relevant



  • Candidate with IT qualification or at least 6 years project management experience will be advantageous
  • Must possess good communication, leadership and presentation skills
  • Must have good analytical and project management skills
  • Must be able to establish and build relationships with various stakeholders
